Coco Reef Resort & Spa Crown Point, Crown Point

Coco Reef is a charming hotel with a rustic colonial vibe, set right by the beach. The staff made us feel welcomed, and the private beach area was a highlight for relaxation and snorkelling. However, the rooms could use a bit of updating, though they were always spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable but on the pricier side, which tempered the overall value for money.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The beach is absolutely stunning and a definite highlight, and the staff members are generally accommodating and friendly. However, the rooms are quite dated and in need of a refresh for the price you pay. While the dining options are decent, they could certainly improve in variety and value for money.

Overall, while there's potential, it's not quite there yet.

Coco Reef is a family-friendly resort that offers a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally friendly, making our stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience didn’t live up to expectations, and several amenities, such as the spa and room facilities, need attention. Still, the beautiful beach and great service certainly make it a place I would consider returning to.
